星1つもつけたくないくらいにひどいです。オーナーさんの電話での対応は悪い上に物件の事を把握してないの？ってくらいにメールで送られてきた部屋の間取りなどと実物が違いすぎる。ここでの内覧に時間を使うくらいなら他を見た方がいいよ。

内装が綺麗で快適に過ごせました。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

I've seen their website and there are 2 versions: Japanese and English.
In the main version (Japanese) it says clearly the deposit is 10,000 which will be refunded when you checkout. I contacted them using the English version and the e-mail I received said the deposit/clean fee costs 13,000 (different from the Japanese version) and nothing will be refunded!
I asked if the website information is correct and they said it's correct. So, I said the information sent by e-mail is different. They didn't reply to me.
Clearly it's EITHER an website wrong info (which they said it's not) OR it's a DISCRIMINATION against foreigners!
