(原文) A flashy school, but the curriculum is NOT true International Baccalaureate curriculum nor is the English-instruction adequate. Minimum attention is given to the basis of IB curriculum - the UOI. Time is eaten up on flashy public-relations events instead (i.e., sports day, fashion shows, winter performances, etc.)
Students who have attended this school for over 7 years still speak with 'katakana pronunciation' and broken grammar.
Feedback from the international staff is often HEAVILY altered or restricted by the executive staff. For example, if your child is habitually not doing their homework and the foreign staff wants to communicate this fact with you, administrative staff will attend the parent/teacher conference and pretend to interpret, while really just offering sycophantic pleasantries in Japanese.
Instead of this school, check out the Canadian Academy on Rokko Island.
