（原文） I thought the place was very warm and cozy. Was brought here by a local after having attended another jazz/blues/r&b place. The owner is very passionate about jazz, gospel, and blues music - hence having named the place after Billie Holiday. Wouldn't mind going there again. The only thing that bothered me was the smoking (the guy smokes like a chimney). I though the entrance fee was okay although I can understand why some might not like the charge of ¥1,000. But I would still recommend this place if you're in the Chiba/Inagae/Nishi-Chiba area.
