（原文） I opened an account here and brought a Japanese staff from our office to make sure things ran smoothly. I didn’t speak to an English speaking staff but the lady, Machida-san, helped us. She was so kind and tried to use her English when she can. She was quite informative too with the perks too.
Recommend if you want a smooth no-nonsense experience.

They just keep you waiting for hours and ask unrelated questions due to the finance regulation in Japan, for example, why you need to invest your money outside of Japan. I can not really blame them but this is really annoying.
