The ones that she did not know, she researched and got back to us which has not been the same with other agencies. They showed me their book of available houses/apartments and the prices and let me look through it. I eventually found a place that I loved and lived there for a solid two years.
It was a pleasure interacting with the agency and all my experiences were very positive. Any question, or request for assistance at the property was kindly, quickly, and professionally attended to.
Upon my departure, these guys were rock stars going out of their way to make what was a very quick transition for me as painless as possible. This is an awesome company, with a very honorable, open, and friendly staff. If I ever move back to Okinawa I will certainly look them up.
