I wish that I could give this housing agency a lower rating. Only 4 days after moving into our apartment our AC unit started pouring water. It was as if we had pulled it out of the ocean and it was flooded. It took the agency a day to call someone to come fix, we had to put buckets on the floor and move the couch so it wouldnt get damaged. Now there is a hole in the wall from the water damage. Which they are trying to charge us for. We are getting blamed for mold in our neighbors apartment. Our dryer was filling with moisture and was pouring water all over the floor. We called the agency twice for this problem and they said next time we would be charged. But we follow the AC temperature guide and we have dehumidifiers all around our home. The agency also never gave us our mailbox code so the electric company cut off our power. Then we had to pay $800 in bills that were overdue because we couldn't get into our mailbox. We also went to pay rent at the agency and they almost took an extra ¥50,000 and tried to tell us that we were short. My wife is also 35 weeks pregnant and they only give us one parking spot. The other parking that they gave us damages our vehicle because it is a narrow road. We are both military members. If I were you I wouldn't waste my time with this agency. Unless you want to lose money. Sure they have "nice" houses, but at the expense of your whole paycheck.

These 5 star reviews are fake. This place is terrible and only care about taking your deposit. When we lived at one of their apartments they never responded to any of our maintenance requests or any request for that matter.

When it was time for inspection they tried their hardest to try and find something to charge us for, took forever to give us our unused rent refund as well as the deposit because they tried to do a false claim that we damaged the main entrance door AFTER we finished the inspection and NOBODY was around to discuss. Very snake like and selfish company that only cares about your money. The way they treat Americans is so disappointing.

If you are military/American, avoid this place like the plague.

They will completely take your entire deposit. The base pay for cleaning no matter what is $350. They also charged me $570 for touch up paint and another $200 for normal wear and tear scratches on limannated wood floors that can be easily be taken care of by buffing. Highly not recommended. I am not one to write reviews but after receiving $250 out of our $2,000 security deposit I am highly upset. Not to mention the $200 pet deposit was taken as well for unknown reasons (no damages to the house because of them)
